The Quest is durable lightweight rucksack with a Single-Tube storage compartment and a fully adjustable back system. The Single-Tube storage means unlike the Mission rucksack, it has no front or base entry zip points, which encourages students to load the rucksack properly. A best-selling core product at all levels of expeditions.
The Endurance Quest 65 S Rucksack is a Slimjim sized version designed for females or young participants. The hip belt system contracts to 21 inches to cater for the slimmest build.

Endurance rucksacks are built with students and expedition leaders in mind. The focus is on simplicity – simple for the students to use, and simple for you back at the kit-store.
KEY ENDURANCE FEATURE
An ill-fitting rucksack can not only take the joy out of an expedition for the student, it can also be damaging to their health. With some DofE students starting as early as Year 9, it is possible to get some very small participants requiring a good rucksack. Endurance rucksacks are the only rucksacks in the market that are designed with smaller children in mind – the waist belt on the Quest 65 S can contract to just 21 inches. We call this Slimjim size.
KEY ENDURANCE FEATURE
Hip belt pockets
Hip belt pockets are accessible whilst the user is wearing the rucksack, so they are ideal for snacks, phones, and other items that need keeping to hand. A strong zip ensures valuables are kept safely, and abundant padding ensures nothing in the pockets causes the hip belt to become uncomfortable.
ENDURANCE KITSTORE FEATURE
Like all Endurance products, the Endurance rucksacks come with an ID window system. This makes identifying and storing kit so much easier back at the kitstore, and can also help the students identify their rucksacks.
“Great value for money. We haven’t experienced any abrasion problems. I actually like the lack of the external elasticated webs you get on many rucksacks: it stops students overloading. The 65S is a great idea. We have always had problems with smaller students being unable to adjust their packs but this is not an issue with the 65S. Taking into account value for money and construction quality, I have to give it 5 out of 5.”
