If you experience any quality issues with any of our products (Endurance, Terrain, or any other brands we distribute), we would like to hear about it. All our products come with a 12 month warranty as standard. However, irrespective of the warranty timeframe, if you feel something has failed due to a manufacturing defect or design fault, please get in touch. If emailing, please include photos.

Out of Warranty Repairs

For long-term wear-and-tear repairs on Endurance and Terrain equipment, we partner with Lancashire Sports Repairs (LSR). LSR has been acknowledged by manufacturers and outdoor enthusiasts as the UK’s leading repair specialist of outdoor gear for many years. For this reason, Access have partnered with them in view of providing customers with a full after sales service. Their highly skilled team of professionals are equipped with the latest machinery and up-to-date knowledge of materials and manufacturing used on all Access brands, including all Endurance and Terrain products.
